Will you vote for or against the mayor's $1 billion list of improvements for Baton Rouge and why?

Gee I'm surprised Bob hasn't left some controversial comment here to attact attention! The idea of Audubon Institute, a high quality organization, running an attraction in downtown Baton Rouge is a win-win situation: it gives them a diversified base outside of New Orleans and brings a top notch organization with a history of success to running something to attract people to downtown Baton Rouge. And you can find out how the Metro Council candidates feel about this at the candidate forum that is being organized by central Highlands Civic Association (unfortunately, this is being rescheduled due to Gustav and is TBD.).
